Puffins

Tonight I made puffins, courtesy of Bakerella. YUM! Sadly, I do not have any mini-muffin pans (Gasp!) so mine were not as cute as hers but hey, they tasted good. Easy, tasty, and no slaving over the stove flipping pancakes while everyone else eats! A must try!
