The Besty by Betsy: Garlic Butter

I'm often trying new things - recipes, restaurants, products, etc. - so I thought I'd share them on the blog. And of course I need a catchy name, so Barron recommended "Besty," how my name often gets misspelled.

I can't promise if they will be the absolute best, but if you know of something better, I'd love to try it and compare, so don't hesitate to share!!

On to the first Besty: Garlic Butter

The other night I was going to make some garlic bread, but wanted something better than just the usual butter with garlic salt on top. So after a short Google search I found this recipe for Garlic Butter. YUM!

I made quite a bit because I read it is also good on steak and salmon, so tonight we gave it a whirl and wow, it was awesome! It was pouring, so I sauteed the salmon in butter on the stove, but I'm sure it would be great on the grill as well.

So there you have it - yummy garlic butter. And you can freeze the stuff, too, so make lots!
